Citymouse Boyd Lewis took this photo of a 16-year-old Wayne Williams (yes, that Wayne Williams) in 1974 when he started up a low-watt radio station at his parents home in Dixie Hills. The alleged child killer was interested in giving black musicians airplay without going through the media of the white man. Was Brother Wayne the "Atlanta Monster?" Victims' parents doubt it. So does the Citymouse
